Jennifer Jaden started Gal Media Group in 2020 with a belief that has driven every decision since: the right story, told to the right people, changes everything for a brand.

She was right.

In five years Jenn built one of the most respected boutique PR agencies in the consumer brand space. Not through shortcuts or spray-and-pray pitching, but through the kind of editorial relationships that take years to develop and minutes to lose. She knows which journalists open pitches at 7am and which editors are building their best-of lists in October. She knows the difference between a placement that builds authority and a placement that fills a report.

Her clients have landed in Forbes, Elle, Cosmopolitan, WWD, Vogue, People, Good Housekeeping, and dozens of publications that move the needle for a scaling consumer brand. She has produced more than 13 national events. She has built category-defining presences for brands in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and family from the ground up.

Emily Thomas came to Gal Media Group from a career spent in environments where the stakes were high and the margin for error was low.

She spent years in medical device sales navigating hospital systems, clinical leadership teams, and complex multi-stakeholder buying cycles, closing nearly $10M in capital equipment in her first year at 131% of quota. At Amazon Music she managed a portfolio of 85 strategic media partnerships including NPR and iHeart Media, overseeing a combined reach of 14 million monthly listeners and growing revenue contribution 18% year over year. Through her consultancy Anchor and Lead she advised founders scaling from six to eight figures, building the growth systems and commercial frameworks that turn momentum into sustained revenue.
