These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of galmediagroup.com (the "Site") and the public relations, brand visibility, event production, and generative engine optimization (GEO) services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services.
1. Services and Scope of Work
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed SOW or MSA, the terms of the SOW or MSA shall prevail.
2. No Guarantees of Results (Editorial Discretion)
You acknowledge and agree that public relations and media visibility inherently involve third-party editorial discretion. While Gal Media Group utilizes industry-leading strategies, relationships, and methodologies to secure media placements, brand visibility, and AI engine citations, we do not and cannot guarantee specific results, placements, search engine rankings, AI citations, revenue growth, or return on investment.
Media outlets, journalists, event attendees, and AI algorithms operate independently. We are not liable for the editorial decisions of third parties, changes in news cycles, algorithm updates, or market conditions that may impact the visibility or perception of your brand.
3. Client Representations and Indemnification
When engaging our Services, you represent and warrant that:
Any materials, products, claims, data, or intellectual property you provide to us for media distribution or promotional use are accurate, truthful, and substantiated.
You possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize us to use such materials.
The materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gal Media Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these representations or the distribution of materials you have provided or approved.
4. SMS and Communications (TCPA Compliance)
By providing your phone number to Gal Media Group LLC, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) and phone calls from us regarding your inquiries, active engagements, and promotional offers.
Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After replying "STOP," you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS communications. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
TCPA Compliance: We adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations. We will not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, strategy frameworks, proprietary methodologies, designs, text, graphics, and logos on this Site or provided during the course of our Services (excluding materials provided by you) are the exclusive property of Gal Media Group LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gal Media Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

10. SMS Program Disclosure
Gal Media Group LLC operates an automated messaging program for appointment booking, inquiry follow-up, and client communications.
1. You will receive SMS messages if you have requested an appointment, submitted an inquiry form, or otherwise provided your mobile number in connection with our services.
2. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation message and you will be removed from all SMS communications. To re-enroll, simply sign up again as you did initially.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
